Ever since Amy installed AOL (not to be confused with IM), her computer has been running extremely slow. Of course, I told her that before she installed it, but Ashleigh didn't have Internet access and Amy couldn't live without Internet access for nearly a month. So, out of desperation, she installed it so that they could have "free" Internet access. She spent the better part of her last few evenings backing up her data so that we could reformat her hard drive and reinstall Windows XP...then came the tedious task of downloading, installing, restarting, installing, etc. all of the software programs that she had prior to the reformat. I was so tired by the time we finished last night, I quickly fell asleep.
